18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with low-risk papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC) and treated with thermal ablation; 2.Pathological confirmation of papillary thyroid carcinoma by fine-needle aspiration biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 75 years; 2.Pregnancy or lactation; 3.Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (defined as aminotransferase levels > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, or estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 mL/min/1.73 m²); 4.Inability to comply with follow-up due to physiological, cognitive, or psychiatric factors; 5.Failure to provide written informed consent.
