Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: Patients with infectious mononucleosis (EBV DNA positive or EBV-CA-IgM() or EBV-EA-IgG()). Control group: Healthy population

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other Respiratory Viral Infections; 2.EBV DNAnegative?EBV-CA-IgM(-)AND EBV-EA-IgG(-); 3.Diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and oral diseases will have an impact on oral microflora.
