Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Planned for surgical treatment under general anesthesia (procedures include: thyroid, gallbladder); 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Willing to enroll in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of psychiatric disorder or use of psychoactive medications; 2. Coexisting neurological, urinary, endocrine, or autoimmune diseases; 3. Refusal to participate in the study or inability to comply.
