Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with radiologically detected pulmonary nodules meeting size requirements who provide informed consent; 2.Individuals with histologically confirmed benign or malignant pulmonary nodules (via recent surgery/biopsy); 3.Subjects without severe comorbidities or immune disorders that may confound study outcomes;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of concurrent malignancies; 2.Severe impairment of cardiac, hepatic, renal, or other vital organ functions potentially interfering with assessment; 3.Immunodeficiency disorders or active chemo/radiotherapy recipients where metabolic/transcriptional profiles may be altered; 4.Declined participation or inability to comply with study procedures and follow-up;
