Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with osteoporosis; 2.Long term residence in Guangdong region; 3.No history of fractures; 4.Have complete medical records; 5.Cooperate with follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non osteoporotic fractures (such as those caused by trauma or pathology); 2.Clearly suffering from diseases that affect bone metabolism; 3.Using drugs that affect bone metabolism in the past 6 months; 4.Medical record data is missing; 5.Metal implants in the lumbar spine and hips affect image quality;
