Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>= 18 years old; 2. Insomnia Severity Index score >= 1 point; 3.Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cognitive impairment patients (such as Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, etc.); 2.Individuals with severe mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and acute episodes of major depression)
