Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years and = 30 mL/min; 7. No history of allergy to propofol, etomidate, sufentanil, or other anesthetic agents; 8. Alert and able to cooperate with postoperative recovery assessment, cognitive function evaluation, satisfaction survey, and 24-hour follow-up after awakening.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of contraindications to anesthesia or gastrointestinal endoscopy (e.g., ruptured esophagogastric varices, gastrointestinal perforation); 2. Coexisting severe psychiatric disorder, cognitive impairment, or inability to communicate or cooperate with assessment; 3. Hypovolemia, hypothermia (temperature <35°C), or uncontrolled arrhythmia; 4. Severe heart failure, respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation, etc.; 5. Cirrhosis: Child-Pugh class C; 6. Renal failure: creatinine clearance <30 mL/min; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
