Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 18 years old who need to undergo contrast-enhanced abdominal CT examination due to clinically relevant diseases, can tolerate the examination, and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to iodine contrast agent; 2. Hyperthyroidism; 3. Heart failure; 4. Hepatic or renal insufficiency; 5. Inability to cooperate with the examination; 6. Severe artifacts in images affecting data measurement.

Measure the CT values and standard deviations of target organs or target vessels and corresponding muscle tissue at the same level.;Calculate signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR), noise equivalent dose index (NED), and image quality dose index (IQF).;
