Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers aged 20–39 years will be recruited for Parts I and II of the study. For Part III, the participants will be patients undergoing upper limb venipuncture, with a planned recruitment focus on young adults attending routine health examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria comprised: failure to provide signed informed consent; the presence of pain or discomfort with a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) score >= 2; any relevant trauma or pathology in the upper limb test area (e.g., skin ulceration, Raynaud's syndrome, or carpal tunnel syndrome); the acute phase of any common illness, including upper respiratory tract infections, gastroenteritis, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, or various traumas; and a diagnosis of any chronic disease such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, rheumatic immune diseases, depression, neoplasms, or other diseases affecting major organ systems.
