Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, clinically diagnosed with seasonal or perennial AR or ARC (based on the international ARIA guidelines); 2. Baseline SPT (at screening) showed a positive reaction to at least one common inhalant allergen (wheal average diameter >= 3mm and larger than the negative control, or interpreted as >= 2 according to local standards); 3.Able to follow the doctor's instructions to use olopatadine regularly (>=2 times/day) for at least 1 month, and nasal corticosteroids twice a day, 1 spray per time per side, for at least 1 month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined use of systemic antihistamines, corticosteroids, or immunosuppressants; 2.During pregnancy, breastfeeding, severe systemic diseases (heart, liver, or kidney failure), or skin conditions (dermatographism, chronic urticaria).
