Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 or older; 2. Native Chinese speakers; 3. Able to proficiently use the internet and video conferencing software to participate in remote experiments; 4. Have experienced school bullying, and the bullying has ceased; 5. According to items adapted from the "Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview-PTSD" (MINI-I), confirm that they have experienced significant trauma distress for at least one month due to incidents of school bullying.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Currently pregnant; 2.Currently undergoing any form of psychotherapy or psychiatric medication treatment; 3.Used any psychoactive substances within the past thirty days; 4.Consumed alcohol or nicotine within 24 hours before the experiment; 5.Current/past psychotic disorder or antisocial personality disorder confirmed by MINI-assisted interview; 6.Confirmed "suicidal ideation/suicidal behavior within one month" by MINI-assisted interview.
