Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged <= 18 years who underwent ultrasound examination due to acute scrotal pain (duration <= 24 hours) and were clinically diagnosed with testicular appendage torsion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor ultrasound image quality (unable to identify testicular structures); 2. incomplete clinical information (unable to diagnose testicular appendage torsion);
