Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 and above; 2. There is surgical indications for elective robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I~III; 4.No obvious abnormalities were observed in lung function, and there were no lung diseases such as difficult airways, asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 5.The patient and his/her family agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to anesthetic drugs and unable to tolerate general anesthesia; 2.Suffering from severe respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, serious damage to liver and kidney functions, and deformities of the thoracic cage and spine, etc.; 3.Combined with cognitive dysfunction or mental disorders; 4.Patients have participated in other clinical researchers in the past three months.
