Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for alcohol use disorder; 2. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 3. Junior high school education or above; 4. No significant physical withdrawal symptoms, with a Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment for Alcohol (CIWA-Ar) score of less than 7; 5. Able to cooperate with psychological therapy, agree to complete follow-up assessments, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of or current serious physical illnesses or organic brain diseases that may affect cognitive function (e.g., stroke, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C); 2. Individuals with a history of dependence on substances other than alcohol and nicotine; 3. Individuals with a history of or current severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depressive episodes unrelated to drug withdrawal).
