Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.No restriction on gender; 3.Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; 4.Possess foot sensation threshold test results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar hyperglycemic syndrome; 2.other concurrent conditions that may affect glucose metabolism (including acute infections, chemotherapy, or corticosteroid use); 3.hepatitis B or C virus infection; 4.hematological malignancies; 5.patients with a history of major surgery within the past six months; 6.pregnant or lactating patients.

Laboratory test indicators: Glucose homeostasis (e.g., HbA1c, fasting plasma glucose, OGTT 2-h glucose), lipid profile (e.g., TC, HDL-C), complete blood count (e.g., WBC, neutrophil count), renal function (e.g., urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio, cystatin C), thyroid function (e.g., TSH, FT4), liver function (e.g., ALT, AST), and other markers (e.g., 25-hydroxyvitamin D, creatine kinase).;Medical history and medication use: Duration of diabetes, antidiabetic medications (oral hypoglycemics, insulin, GLP-1 receptor agonists), lipid-lowering drugs, antihypertensives, hepatoprotective agents, hyperthyroidism medications/thyroid hormone replacement.;Others: Elderly Nutritional Risk Index (ENRI), Prognostic Nutritional Index (PNI), Controlling Nutritional Status (CONUT) score, Triglyceride–Total Cholesterol–Body Mass Index (TCBI).;—
