Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative gastroscopy and pathological biopsy were performed, and the diagnosis was gastric adenocarcinoma. 2. The lesion is located at the esophagogastric junction or in the high gastric body; 3.The clinical stage of the tumor is <=IIIa(according to the 7th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer Staging); 4.Postoperative pathological examination confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The enhanced abdominal CT scan shows distant metastasis. (2) Distant metastasis was confirmed during the operation; 2.Have severe malnutrition, serious heart and lung diseases or People with coagulation disorders; 3.Preoperative examination was accompanied by severe internal diseases such as heart and lung diseases, and the patient could not tolerate anesthesia and manual surgery. All cases were operated under laparoscopy assistance, and there were no cases converted to open surgery.
