Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase 1 (Cross-sectional Study): 1. Obtain a nurse's license and register for employment. 2. Engage in clinical nursing work. 3. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate. Phase 2 and 3 (Interventional Studies): 1. At the individual level: Select registered nurses from the clinical frontline of this hospital and have them sign an informed consent form. Fully participate in the cross-sectional survey conducted in the first phase, possessing complete baseline assessment data. There will be no long-term leave or resignation plans within the next 8 weeks, ensuring the availability for participating in the research. 2. At the department level: The selected departments are typical clinical departments with clear health education needs, such as internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and outpatient departments. The department head and management of the selected departments have given informed consent and committed to providing basic support.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Phase 1 (Cross-sectional Study): Those who were unable to complete the survey due to, vacation, etc. Phase 2 and 3 (Interventional Studies): 1. At the individual level: Currently participating in other intervention studies that may affect the main outcome indicators of this study. 2. At the department level: The department where the subject works has systematically conducted similar structured health communication training in the past 6 months. The department where the subject works has major adjustment plans (such as relocation, merger, etc.) in the next 3 months.
