18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. With complete demographic data including gender, age, height, weight, etc.; 3. With recurrent variable symptoms of dyspnea, cough, wheeze, or chest tightness of at least 8 weeks' duration; 4. Have undergone the spirometry, bronchodilation test(BDT), methacholine (MCH) bronchoprovocation test (BPT), FeNO, and high-resolution computerized tomography (HRCT, GE Medical System; slice thickness 0.625 mm) from January 2023 to December 2024; 5. FEV1/FVC >= 0.7, with normal HRCT findings (or consistent with asthmatic changes).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had respiratory tract infections in the past 8 weeks; 2. Peripheral blood test indicating abnormal hemoglobin, platelets or neutrophils; 3. Use of montelukast, long-acting ß2-agonists, theophylline, anticholinergic agents, or inhaled or oral corticosteroids in the previous 4 weeks; 4. Having concomitant severe systemic diseases; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Current smokers or those who have quit smoking for less than 6 months; cumulative smoking history of more than 10 pack-years.
