10 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged 10–18 years; 2. Right-handed; 3. Diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis of unknown etiology, with a Cobb angle >= 10°; 4. Healthy control group: aged 10 to 18 years; right-handed; in good health, with normal neurological examination results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of head injury, headache, or nocturnal enuresis; 2. A history of major trauma to or surgery of the spine or lower extremities; 3. Neurological, musculoskeletal, or cardiovascular disorders; 4. Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging, including a history of cardiac pacemaker implantation, the presence of implanted devices or metallic foreign bodies, severe underlying systemic diseases, or claustrophobia.
