Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age > 60 years and long-term residence in the community (=6 months); 2 Ability to perform basic independent activities, such as walking 10 meters independently without the use of assistive devices; 3 No regular participation in Tai Chi, Qigong, or other structured exercise programs within the past 6 months (defined as =1 session per week); 4 Diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) without dementia; 5 Voluntary provision of written informed consent and ability to understand and comply with study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Presence of any central nervous system disorder; 2 Any orthopedic or cardiovascular condition that interferes with walking function or the ability to maintain a standing position; 3 Severe hearing impairment that limits the ability to follow assessment instructions and therapist guidance; 4 Severe visual impairment that compromises safety during exercise participation; 5 Any lower-limb fracture within the preceding 6 months.
