Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Select children with congenital malformations who were diagnosed and admitted to our hospital from June 1, 2025, to June 1, 2026, along with healthy children matched as control subjects. 2. Children whose congenital malformations have been clearly diagnosed by our hospital's clinical team; the guardians of the children voluntarily participate in this study and have signed the informed consent form approved by our hospital's ethics committee.
