Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with neurological diseases who were diagnosed by a doctor as having severe brain injury based on clinical and CT or MRI findings during the study period, or with an Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation (APACHE II) score of >=12 at admission; 2.Invasive mechanical ventilation time >= 24h;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Myocardial infarction occurred within the past 6 months, and there is severe decline or failure of organ functions such as heart, liver, lung, and kidney. 2.Suffering from severe bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; 3.Suffering from severe neurological diseases, such as brain death, etc; 4.Musculoskeletal system diseases, such as fractures, muscle weakness, etc;
