Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-60, of any gender, with no prior TRE practice experience, experiencing emotional distress such as depression or anxiety (Kessler 10 scale score >21), having mild or above somatic symptoms (Patient Health Questionnaire PHQ-15 score 5-20), who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Significant physical diseases or other somatic conditions that may interfere with current activities; 2.Meeting diagnostic criteria for: Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders Bipolar and related disorders Intellectual disability Substance-related and addictive disorders; 3.Current suicidal/self-harm risk (moderate to high risk as assessed by the suicide module of the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview [MINI]); 4.Severe behavioral problems requiring urgent psychiatric intervention.
