Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years. 2. Currently in a clinical practicum at Peking University International Hospital and has no prior practicum experience before this. 3. Has not received any empathy training. 4. Voluntarily agrees to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nursing interns who are unwilling to participate in the training. 2. Those who have previously participated in any empathy training.
