Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, male or female not limited; 2.The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes is in line with the standard of China diabetes Prevention and Control Guide 2024; 3. Diagnostic criteria for diabetes foot ulcer: in line with the International diabetes Foot Working Group (IWGDF): International Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of diabetes Foot (2023); 4. Evaluation of diabetes peripheral neuropathy (DPN) and peripheral arterial disease (PAD) of lower limb diabetes: sensory threshold, 10g nylon wire test or ABI/TBI measurement; 5. At least one annual follow-up record, with a total follow-up time of >= 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Baseline medical records confirm a history of DFU; 2. Non diabetes specific foot disease, including gouty foot ulcer, rheumatoid arthritis foot disease, psoriasis arthritis foot disease, etc.; 3. Other types of diabetes, such as type 1 diabetes, special types of diabetes, such as MODY, secondary diabetes; 4. From baseline to lost to follow-up time= 3 times the upper limit of normal range.
