Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients aged >=18 years; 2.Patients with brain tumors pathologically diagnosed in accordance with the criteria of the 5th edition of the WHO Classification of Tumours of the Central Nervous System (2021), as well as those with non-neoplastic tumor-like lesions confirmed by imaging diagnosis. 3.Patients who completed preoperative conventional MRI, DSC-PWI, and ASL perfusion imaging; 4.Patients with complete clinical data, including imaging, pathology, and basic demographic information;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Images with significant artifacts, motion interference, or poor signal quality that preclude radiomics analysis; 2.Patients who previously received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other interventions that may affect tumor perfusion characteristics; 3.Patients with other severe intracranial conditions (such as large intracranial hemorrhage) that may interfere with imaging diagnosis;

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
DSC-PWI relative cerebral blood volume (rCBV): including rCBV values with and without leakage correction;ASL cerebral blood flow (CBF): reflects perfusion levels in the tumor and peritumoral edema regions;Consistency/inconsistency indicators of ASL-CBF and DSC-PWI-rCBV between the intratumoral and peritumoral edema regions;Consistency/inconsistency indicators of rCBV under different leakage correction models and perfusion inconsistency indicators in non-tumorous lesion mimics;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Heterogeneity of perfusion radiomics features;Consistency indicators of ASL-CBF and rCBV across habitat regions after habitat stratification;Feasibility indicators of large language model-assisted analysis, including accuracy of large language model analysis;
