Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cobb angle >10°, diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis; 2. Signed informed consent, voluntarily participate in fNIRS testing, able to cooperate in completing various information collection; 3. Able to cooperate in completing the treatment for idiopathic scoliosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Scoliosis that has progressed to severely affect heart and lung function and is not suitable for conservative treatment. 2. Congenital scoliosis or scoliosis combined with vertebral slippage, tumors, tuberculosis, fractures, or other spinal conditions. 3. Individuals with rheumatic diseases, neuromuscular disorders, cardiovascular diseases, lung diseases, or kidney diseases. 4. Those who have undergone spinal corrective surgery. 5. Individuals with skin-related conditions or skin damage that prevents manual manipulation. 6. Cognitive impairment that prevents the participant from cooperating with the experiment.
