Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age requirement: = 18 years old and= 2 points; 4. Willing to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative psychiatric disorders or communication difficulties who find it difficult to receive postoperative follow-up normally; 2. Long term use of antiemetic drugs, opioid drugs, or glucocorticoids; 3. Have a history of allergies to the drugs involved in the study; 4. Other diseases that may manifest as nausea or vomiting, such as hepatitis or gastric ulcers; 5. Suffering from other serious comorbidities, the researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in this study.
