Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20~80 years old, gender is not limited, meet the T2DM diagnostic criteria in the 1999 WHO, diagnosed type 2 diabetes; 2. Novel coronavirus infection was confirmed within 3 months, and nucleic acid test turned negative; 3. Glycated hemoglobin 6.5~11; 4. Good study adherence; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic and renal dysfunction (ALT > 2.5 times the upper limit of normal, serum creatinine > 132 µmol/L or eGFR = III; 3. History of acute complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar coma within the past 3 months; 4. Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus, monogenic diabetes, diabetes caused by pancreatic injury, or other secondary diabetes (e.g., diabetes caused by Cushing's syndrome, thyroid dysfunction, or acromegaly); 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Any condition judged by the investigator to affect enrollment.
