Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Middle-aged and elderly people aged 50 and above, regardless of gender; 2. No walking impairments; 3. No speech impairments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with diseases affecting gait in weight-bearing joints, such as knee osteoarthritis; 2. Individuals with severe osteoporosis or limited joint mobility; 3. Participants who have had a previous stroke; 4. Those who have had lower limb fractures or undergone lower limb surgery within the past 10 years; 5. Individuals currently or within the past 10 years diagnosed with malignant tumors (excluding non-melanoma skin cancer).
