Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic Criteria: According to the Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Guidelines (2024 Revised Edition), in the absence of antihypertensive medication, office blood pressure >=140/90 mmHg; or home blood pressure >=135/85 mmHg; or 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure >=130/80 mmHg; Daytime blood pressure >=135/85 mmHg, nighttime blood pressure >=120/70 mmHg. 2. Inclusion Criteria for Hypertensive Subjects: (1) Subjects provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study; (2) Subjects are not using medications that affect postural stability (e.g., sedative-hypnotics, gastrointestinal antispasmodics, tricyclic antidepressants); (3) Meets hypertension diagnostic criteria per the Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Treatment Guidelines (August 2024 Revision): (without antihypertensive medication: systolic >=140 mmHg and/or diastolic >=90 mmHg), and regularly takes antihypertensive medication; (4) Age >=18 and =18 and <=80 years; (5) Be alert and able to cooperate with a series of assessments and tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion Criteria: (1) Inability to stand independently for 10 minutes as required by the experimental protocol; (2) Suffering from acute or chronic diseases, or severe neurological, sensory, or muscular disorders (e.g., diabetes, cervical spondylosis, peripheral neuropathy, vestibular disorders, arthritis, orthopedic conditions, acute infections, malignant tumors, cerebellar diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, delirium, terminal illnesses, psychiatric disorders, severe visual or hearing impairments); (3) Presence of cognitive impairment (based on MMSE score: illiterate =17 points, elementary school =20 points, junior high school and above =24 points) or inability to communicate effectively; (4) History of hip or knee replacement surgery affecting standing ability; (5) Pregnant women; (6) Concurrent participation in other similar research studies.
