Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 80 years; 2. Diagnosis of Type I AIP according to the 2019 American College of Rheumatology/European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology classification criteria or the 2020 Japanese AIP diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with diseases similar to IgG4-related disease clinically: such as Sjögren's syndrome, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, sarcoidosis, eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis, etc.; 2.Combined with malignant tumors; 3.Combined with severe and irreversible organ damage; 4.Combined with active infections; 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding.
