Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for questionnaire respondents: 1. in-service medical staff >=18 years old 2. working time in healthcare organisations >=1 year 3. voluntary participation in this study 4. able to complete the questionnaire independently; Qualitative interviews for respondents in the study: 1. inclusion criteria for the relevant person in charge of the Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Health Care (SZCHC): 2 years of experience working in the SZCHC; in charge of, or involved in, work related to the management of pre-birth presciption; voluntary participation in the study. 2. Inclusion criteria for hospital management: holding a middle-level or higher management position in the hospital; working experience in management positions >=3 years; voluntary participation in the study. 3. Clinical doctors: with the title of attending or above, clinical work experience >= 5 years; voluntary participation in the study 4. Clinical nurses: with the title of nurse-in-charge or above; clinical nursing work experience >= 5 years; practical experience related to living wills; voluntary participation in the study 5. Social workers: engaged in the work of medical social workers for >= 2 years; experience in the service of living wills; Voluntary participation in the study 6. Inclusion criteria for residents who have signed a living will: age >=18 years old; have lived in Shenzhen for 1 year; have completed the signing of a living will; have normal cognitive and expressive abilities; have stable vital signs, and are able to communicate normally; and have given informed consent to participate in the study voluntarily;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Questionnaire Respondents: 1. Completion time less than one-third of the anticipated duration. 2. Repeated selection of the same option exceeding 80% of total questions. 3. Answers exhibiting clear logical inconsistencies. Exclusion Criteria for Qualitative Interviews: 1. Inability to communicate or express themselves effectively. 2. Refusal to be audio-recorded. 3. Inability to complete an interview lasting 40 minutes or longer.
