60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form. 2. Age 60-75 years, BMI: 18-28 kg/m². 3. Patients with preoperative pathological diagnosis of malignant gastrointestinal tumors. 4. ASA classification: I-III. 5. Elective surgery under endotracheal intubation general anesthesia. 6. Expected surgical duration exceeding 2 hours, estimated postoperative hospital stay exceeding 5 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to participate in this study. 2. Preoperative diagnosis of severe respiratory, cardiovascular, renal, or hepatic dysfunction. 3. Preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >7. 4. History of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, myasthenia gravis, or other psychiatric disorders. 5. Cognitive impairment or inability to communicate due to severe visual, auditory, or language deficits. 6. Allergy or contraindication to propofol or benzodiazepines.
