Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. Newly diagnosed AML (non-APL); 3. Planned to receive induction therapy. 4. Willing to participate in the long-term study and able to understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior anti-leukemia treatment; 2. Concurrent other malignant tumors; 3. Opting for supportive therapy alone.
