18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete case data and follow-up data; 2. Postoperative pathology showed that patients with FIGO stage III and IV epithelial ovarian cancer; 3. The patient was treated for the first time and did not receive any relevant treatment before treatment in our hospital; 4. The treatment regimen was initial cytoreductive surgery or neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with intermediate cytoreductive surgery; 5. The operation was completed by the gynecological oncology team of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. The patients received standardized treatment after operation and were followed up by outpatient, inpatient or telephone;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. After diagnosis, only chemotherapy was given without cytoreductive surgery; 2. Patients with other serious diseases, such as severe liver and kidney function damage, autoimmune diseases, thrombosis and hemorrhagic diseases, delayed treatment;
