Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with established TNM staging; 2. Previously treated with or currently receiving first-line EGFR-TKI therapy; 3. Age >=18 years with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status (ECOG) score of 0–2; 4. Signed informed consent and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent or recent systemic anticancer therapies other than EGFR-TKIs; 2. Severe hepatic or renal impairment, or significant neurological or psychiatric disorders; 3. Presence of another primary malignancy or existing extrapulmonary metastases from lung cancer.
