Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 65 years old 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I~III 3. Requires tracheal intubation under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient and their family refuse to participate in this study 2. Craniofacial deformities, scars, or large tumors 3. Significant limitation of neck movement 4. Dysfunction of important organs such as heart, brain, or lungs 5. Confirmed or history of difficult airway 6. History of mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with researchers 7. Recent upper respiratory tract infection or other diseases that may affect airway assessment 8. Pregnant or breastfeeding women
