Gold Standard:Based on histological results, including prostate biopsy (systematic biopsy combined with targeted biopsy) or surgical pathology findings
for cases without histological evidence, comprehensive assessment is conducted by integrating imaging follow-up results of at least one year with clinical data.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male, age>= 18 years. 2. Completion of prostate mpMRI (T2WI + DWI/ADC + DCE) scanning. 3.Availability of pathological results or at least 1 year of imaging follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete scan coverage of the prostate gland. 2.Unsuitable for diagnosis because of poor image quality, such as severe artifacts and noise. 3.History of prior prostate biopsy, surgery, radiotherapy, or systemic therapy. 4.Time interval between mpMRI and biopsy exceeding 3 months.
