Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Reside in the institution for at least 1 month; 3. Voluntarily participate and have the ability to cooperate with intervention; 4. Having risk factors for oral frailty. (>=3 score in the screening for oral frailty.);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having physical disability or mental illness; 2.Short term residence or planned departure from the institution during the research period.
