Control Group:Surgery was performed under conventional general anesthesia, with target central venous pressure (CVP) within 5–12 cmH2O.
Experimental Group:Hepatectomy was performed using the low central venous pressure technique, with CVP maintained at <= 5 cmH2O

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children diagnosed with space-occupying liver lesions (hepatoblastoma, hemangioendothelioma, or mesenchymal hamartoma) requiring surgical resection; 2.Aged 6 months to 14 years; 3.Preoperative cardiac function classified as New York Heart Association (NYHA) class I–II; 4.Written informed consent obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe renal or cardiac dysfunction; 2.History of abdominal surgery; 3.Hypertension; 4.Psychiatric disorders or intellectual developmental disabilities; 5.Preoperative dehydration or hypotension (systolic blood pressure below the lower limit of normal for age); 6.Allergy to any drugs used in the study.
