Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Older adults aged 60 years or above; 2.Meet the screening criteria for emotional disorders (e.g., GDS score above the cutoff value, or SDS/SAS indicating mild to moderate emotional disturbance); 3.Able to understand and complete the questionnaires independently or with assistance; 4.Willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent; 5.Have a stable living environment and can participate in the intervention as scheduled;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder); 2.Have significant cognitive impairment (MMSE score below the cutoff), making it difficult to cooperate with the study; 3.Suffer from severe physical illnesses (e.g., advanced cancer, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases) that affect participation; 4.Participation in other psychological or pharmacological intervention programs during the study period; 5.Refusal to continue or withdrawal from the study;
