18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. elective patients who are proposed to undergo thoracoscopic pulmonary nodule/lobe/segmental lung resection under general anaesthesia; 2. age >= 18 years, gender is not limited; 3. ASA grade I-III; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) <30 kg/m^2; 5. Patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation disorders, localised/systemic infections; 2. Pre-operative hoarseness, cough, sore throat; 3. Acute upper respiratory tract infection within one week prior to surgery; 4. History of oral or pharyngeal surgery; 5. History of asthma or COPD; 6. Anticipated difficult airway. 7. Language impairment, psychiatric disorders, dementia
