Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood relatives of T1D patients and their family members

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis); 2. Metabolic diseases (such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes); 3. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant; 4. History of gastrointestinal surgery or long-term hormone medication; 5. Unable to adhere to the follow-up schedule or research protocol.
