20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Long term running population aged 20-60 in Zhejiang Province (running = 3 times a week for = 30 minutes each time, lasting = 6 months); 2.Voluntarily participate in this study and cooperate in completing running posture tests, multimodal MRI scans, and 12-month follow-up (including injury progression records); 3.No history of ankle surgery, fracture, or autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis; 4.No contraindications for MRI examination (such as metal implants, claustrophobia), and able to understand and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes and other systemic diseases affecting cartilage metabolism; 2.Previous history of ankle fusion surgery and artificial joint replacement surgery; 3.Received ankle joint injection therapy (such as glucocorticoids) within the past 3 months; 4.Unable to cooperate in completing running posture acquisition or MRI scanning (such as motor dysfunction).
