Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who visited our hospital's periodontology department and completed the questionnaire survey and periodontal clinical examination 2.Self-reported good overall health status with no history of systemic diseases 3.Willingness to participate in the study and provision of a signed written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women 2.Individuals with underlying conditions such as diabetes or hypertension 3.Those who have taken antibiotics, immunosuppressants, or similar medications within the past six months 4.Individuals with a family history of genetic disorders 5.Individuals with poor oral hygiene habits 6.Individuals who have experienced oral pain within the past six months
