Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=65 years; 2.Scheduled to undergo percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL); 3.Informed consent obtained from the patient or legal guardian; 4.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Class I to III; 5.Body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/m^2; 6.Negative preoperative screening with the 3-Minute Diagnostic Interview for CAM (3D-CAM); 7.Ability to communicate effectively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neurological disorders or impaired cognitive function; 2.History of psychiatric disorders, or current use of medications that may affect cognition or substance addiction; 3.Contraindications to neuraxial or peripheral nerve block; 4.epatic or renal dysfunction, or severe cardiopulmonary disease; 5.Known allergy to ropivacaine, opioids, or emulsion-based formulations; 6.Spinal deformity; 7.Occurrence of severe perioperative complications.
