Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Registered nurses or surgeons who work in the operating rooms of participating hospitals and routinely perform surgical hand antisepsis; 2.Aged 18 years or older, willing to participate and capable of electronically signing the informed consent form; 3.Able to cooperate in completing bacterial colony sampling and questionnaires/interviews.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Interns, visiting trainees, or personnel during their probationary period; 2.Individuals assigned to demonstrate hand antisepsis techniques for teaching purposes, which requires showing non-standard procedures; 3.Individuals with acute skin lesions on the hands (e.g., open wounds, severe eczema) that would interfere with the evaluation of the antisepsis effectiveness.
