Experimental group:End-tidal carbon dioxide: 45 - 55 mmHg
Control group:Maintain the end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure at 30-35 mmHg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for robot-assisted radical prostatectomy under general anesthesia; 2. Male, aged 18 to 75 years; 3. ASA I-II grade; 4. The expected duration of head-down position during the operation is less than 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with eye diseases such as glaucoma, retinal disorders, optic nerve disorders, etc., as well as those with history of ocular trauma or previous eye surgeries; 2. Patients with myopia exceeding 600 degrees; 3. Patients with history of intracranial tumors and cerebrovascular accidents, cranial trauma and surgery history; 4. Patients with severe circulatory and respiratory system diseases, and patients with moderate or above anemia; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and coagulation disorders.
