Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 50-80 years; 2. Recurrent knee pain in the past month (disease duration of 3 months or more); 3. Experiencing two or more types of knee pain symptoms during the following daily activities: (1) Prolonged sitting; (2) Climbing stairs; (3) Squatting; (4) Running; (5) Kneeling; (6) Jumping; 4. Knee X-ray shows joint space narrowing or osteophyte formation; 5. According to the Kellgren-Lawrence grading system: Grade II-IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other knee joint injuries, such as a history of patellar dislocation, fractures, meniscus tears, etc.; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness or intellectual disabilities; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, osteoporosis, or metabolic diseases.
